Chorthippus oschei

Description

Chorthippus oschei is a right- winged insect in the family Acrididae. The scientific name of this species was first validly published in 1986 by Helversen. Chorthippus is a large genus of acridid grasshoppers with around 230 described species. The genus may be subdivided into subgenera including: Altichorthippus, Chorthippus and Glyptobothrus, with other species not placed.
