(Brookesia vadoni)
Brookesia vadoni is a lizard from the Chameleon family (Chamaeleonidae).It is one of the short-tailed chameleons from the genus Brookesia.Brookesia vadoni was discovered in 1968 in the Masoala National Park by André Peyriéras and that same year was scientifically described by Édouard Raoul Brygoo and Charles Domergue.The chameleon is endemic in parts of northern Madagascar Brookesia vadoni is one of the few short-tailed chameleons with green body colors,especially the head has green accents in many specimens.Most other species are brown in color.
