Description

For the Asian species called spotted dwarf gecko, see Hemiphyllodactylus bintik Lygodactylus ocellatus , also known as the spotted dwarf gecko or ocellated dwarf gecko, is a species of gecko endemic to South Africa and Swaziland. The subspecies L. o. soutpansbergensis, Soutpansberg dwarf gecko is sometimes considered a distinct species.
