(Lepilemur edwardsi)
The lepilemure Milne-Edwards ( Lepilemur edwardsi Major,1894 ) is a species of lemur endemic of Madagascar. The appearance and the movements recall those of the galagone: the hair is woolly and gray on the whole, with designs tending to brownish-yellow all over the body, while on the belly it tends to become yellowish-white.The tail is also of the same color, while on the nape there is a streak of dark hair that continues along the spine. The ears are pointed, large, facing forward and laterally attached to the skull, which has medium to large dark brown eyes.
