Bearded parrotbill

Description

It is a bird less than 8 cm long and with an equally long tail.A singular aspect in the male (which also explains the common name in Italian : basettino ) are two conspicuous black whiskers,triangular in shape,on each side at the base of the beak,the latter yellow.
