(Pitta nympha)
The duck-petrel piquicorto ( Pachyptila turtur ) is a species of bird procelariforme of the family of the petrels (Procellariidae).Fly over the ocean most of your life.It feeds in flocks at night, tracing the surface of the sea in search of small crustaceans, squid, etc.,equipped with thin plates (lamellae),which filter them out of the water.Spend the night on land,in their breeding colonies,on small islands. The birds that arrive at the nest emit a soft and howling claim and,if their partners are in the burrow, they respond in a similar way.On land,it is clumsy and slow.
