Impressed tortoise

Description

Manouria impressa is a turtle from the family tortoises (Testudinidae).The species was first scientifically described by Albert Carl Lewis Gotthilf Gunther in 1882.Originally,the scientific name Geoemyda impressa was used and later the turtle was counted to the genus Testudo.
