Description

The striped hyena ( Hyaena hyaena ) is a species of carnivorous mammal of the family Hyaenidae.He is one of the most extended members of his family.It is distributed throughout much of Africa,the Middle East (including Turkey ),Pakistan and some areas of India.In Europe it is extinct.Subspecies are not recognized.
